Meeting Place Groups

The Meeting Place is run and supported by volunteers, either individually or in groups.  Select on the links below to get more information about the groups that support the Meeting Place and some of the groups who use the Meeting Place regularly.

The Genesis of the Meeting Place

For the sake of the social, economic and environmental health of our community neighbours gathered for two intimate evenings to talk about what is needed and what is wanted. The result was the Regenerative Group, several project groups and some summaries and reports. One of the projects that came out of these gatherings was The Meeting Place Tobermory.
